Purchaser has a 3 day NON firing inspection period, regardless if the firearm is “used” or “brand new and unfired”. If the used or new firearm has been fired, then all sales are “FINAL”. Please note that firearm purchases that are accepted from the transferring FFL are considered used firearms and returns will NOT be guaranteed. Inspect it BEFORE accepting the transfer. ALL sales are final on “as is” or “used” or firearms that have been FIRED, regardless if the firearm is a used firearm or brand new and unfired firearm.

Please Note: Buyer is responsible for covering the shipping Fee on returned merchandise that is not-defective. Firearms that are not defective and in the possession of your FFL will have a 20% restocking fee and a shipping charge deducted from your refund. Any UNFIRED parts such as barrels, wood stock sets, triggers, chokes and any misc parts will have a 20% restocking fee and shipping charge deducted from your refund. Any variance to this policy may result in no refund or a partial refund.
